Privacy requests

Ask about your information, request a copy or correction, ask to delete information or close an account, or stop pilot and product emails. Your request goes privately to SSB’s founder for human review.

Submitting this form does not delete anything, export records, or change account access. Before acting on requests involving account records, we’ll check your identity and authority. A claimed parent or guardian relationship is not treated as verified by this form.

Keep it brief. Don’t include schoolwork, grades, passwords, private sign-in links, birth dates, or ID documents. You can submit a request without being signed in. Use a contact email you can receive replies at.

Your contact details and request are stored privately by SSB and sent to its founder through its email delivery service (Resend, or FormSubmit when configured as the fallback). They are not posted publicly, sent to the tutor, or added to the interest list. We use this information to handle your request, prevent misuse, and keep an appropriate response record. This form does not promise automatic deletion or that every requested action will be available or legally required.

Keep your request reference. We may ask for limited follow-up information through an appropriate channel before providing account data or making changes. Never send us your password. Reporting a request is not proof that an account exists.
